Machines currently available at Whitney consist of the following:

Metso LT105 track mounted jaw crusher (28"x42"):  The Lokotrack LT105 crushes all feed materials equally effectively, from hard rock to all mineral based demolition materials, opening up new business opportunities. The unit can achieve crushing capacities of up to 400 stph.

Metso LT200HP track mounted cone crusher:  The Lokotrack LT200HP mobile crushing plant is built around one of the best known cone crushers in the market, Nordberg HP200. The number of references with HP200 crusher is well over 650 installed units. The HP200 cone crusher features high capacity and reliability, in addition to top quality and cubical end products as well as low wear part costs.

Metso NW125-VF20 chassis mounted jaw crusher (37"x49"):  The NW125 is a large chassis mounted jaw crusher capable of capacities to 800 stph. This plant features a unique design that allows the feeder module to separate from the main chassis hydraulically so that a crain is not required for setup. Plant also features hydraulic run-on legs so extensive cribbing is not required. Requires a generator and stacking conveyor which can be rented as well.

Superior Telestacker (36"x130'):  The patented design gives producers the ability to save time and money by stockpiling in-spec aggregate  in larger volumes on the same real estate. TeleStacker conveyors also feature new PilePro automation. This easy to run program uses illustrations to walk the user through the stockpiling process.

Superior Radial Stacking Conveyors (30"x60' - 36"x60' - 42"x60'):  Electric or hydraulic radial stacking conveyors in belt widths of 30", 36" and 42" by 60' long.
