Superior Industries TeleStacker™ Conveyor

Superior's 110', 130', 150', 170' TeleStacker conveyor models complement the pioneering 190' TeleStacker conveyor. The patented design gives producers the ability to save time and money by stockpiling in-spec aggregate with a fully automated program in larger volumes on the same real estate. TeleStacker conveyors also feature new PilePro automation. This easy to run program uses illustrations to walk the user through the stockpiling process.

Channel Frame Conveyor

Channel Frame Conveyors come in a wide variety of sizes. Lengths of 20, 30, and 40 feet conveyors are available with belt widths of 24", 30", and 36". PowerStacker® Conveyor

Transition between road-ready and stockpiling capacities are what set Superior PowerStacker conveyors above all other portable radial stacking conveyors. From one location, the hydraulic control center, you are able to unfold, fold, raise, lower, and move the conveyor in its radial arc. Within minutes aggregate material will be running off the end of your conveyor.

Stationary and LandLink Conveyors

Whitney & Son can furnish completely assembled Superior head and tail sections, including drive and guards and intermediate sections, in 10', 20' or 60' lengths. Sections come primed, painted and ready for assembly.

Drive Over Truck Unload Systems

RazerTail® Truck Unloader

New to the Superior product line, there is the RazerTail Truck Unloader. This model is road portable, has a quick setup, accepts belly and end dump trucks, and can discharge into another conveyor or another truck. Unlike the standard Drive Over Truck Unloader the RazerTail Truck Unloader uses earth ramps that have a height less than 25 inches.

Portable Feed Hoppers

Superior's feed hoppers are designed for feeding large quantities of bulk material evenly and consistently into crushing, washing or screening plants. A 30" or 36" belt feeder equipped with close spaced flat carrier idlers is located under the hopper for long trouble-free life with a minimum of maintenance requirements. Rugged variable speed drive unit with belt speeds to 175 FPM gives a large variation of feed rates to meet the toughest specifications.
